The team behind YONDER is seeking an experienced serial fiction ghostwriter to write the prose for the original stories we produce, particularly for romance stories. In this freelance role, you'll be given a detailed chapter outline to bring life to some of the thrilling narratives that live on our app. An average chapter length for our stories is 2,000 - 2,500 words and writers are paid by the chapter.
- This is a Freelance role that can be performed 100% remote.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker - native, or native-level.
- Proven experience as a creative fiction writer, particularly with popular tropes within various romance subgenres
- Comfortable writing high-heat and erotic scenes
- Prolific, able to generate at least 5 chapters per week at approximately 2,500 words per chapter.
- Grammatically sound, able to produce relatively clean copy (but don't worry, we'll also copy edit.)
- Able to work off a detailed outline
- Communicative and enthusiastic
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience writing serialized fiction on platforms like Radish and Kindle Vella
- Have ghostwritten in the past
- Able to match the voice of an existing book

The pay rate for this role is $75.00 per completed chapter.
